THE TEMPLE OF DEVOTION

Bhakti Mandir was constructed through the careful guidance of the Bhakti-Yog-Rasavatar himself, Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, at his birthplace, Shri Kripalu Dham Mangarh.

This unique temple was inaugurated by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj on the auspicious occasion of Dhanteras in 2005.

The temple also honours Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, His parents, and Shri Padma Devi Ji.

It is a prime treasure house for all emotion-soaked devotees, delighting them for centuries to come. Onlookers gaze up in wonder, startled seeing such grandeur, architecture and delicate mosaic and inlay work.

This unique temple is made from Makrana marble, granite and pink sandstone. It is decorated with beautiful mosaics, intricate inlay work, and unique black granite pillars. The splendid temple was completed within a period of just nine years.

The temple walls depict the devotional writings of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, as well as the story of Shri Krishna’s birth, childhood, and youth.

40,000 square feet

This magnificent temple is located within a sprawling area of approximately 40,000 square feet.

19 gold Kalash

There are 19 impressive gold urns (Kalash) installed that are distinctive to this magnificent temple.

112 Pillars

There are 112 pillars of black granite upon which the temple stands, a sight seen nowhere else in the world.

100,000 cu ft stone

The choicest stone blocks, 100,000 cubic feet in volume have been used to carve out this unique temple.

The importance of this temple is indescribable. It is a source of bliss and delight for all devotees, who experience the sweet pastimes of Shri Radha Krishna. Even a glimpse of this holy place engrosses the heart in the divine love of Shri Shyama Shyam.

One feels an intense desire to drink the nectar of Shri Radha Krishna that flows through Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj’s sweet and melodious sankirtans. It is not only an impressive structure, gloriously depicting Indian architecture and mosaic work, but a unique spiritual centre as well; a divine abode for all where peace, solace and delight abound.

Overlooking Bhakti Mandir is a divine monument called Guru Dham-Bhakti Mandir, which symbolises devotion, love, faith and service towards the Guru. The monument is a manifestation of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj’s grace and an embodiment of devotion.
